Beef Stroganoff
Rich and creamy Russian classic

Ingredients
- • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
- • 2 tbsp butter
- • 1 onion, sliced
- • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- • 2 cloves garlic, minced
- • 1 cup beef broth
- • 1 cup sour cream
- • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • Cooked egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- 1 Season beef strips with salt and pepper.
- 2 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 Cook beef strips until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 4 Add onion and mushrooms to the same pan. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 5 Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- 6 Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir to combine.
- 7 Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
- 8 Add Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer.
- 9 Return beef to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 10 Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- 11 Serve over egg noodles.
